Ferox Strategies Welcomes Director Kamal Patel

Ferox Strategies, a 2019 Bloomberg Government top performing lobbying firm, is proud to announce that Kamal Patel, former Deputy Chief of Staff for Congressman Mac Thornberry (R-TX) has joined the bipartisan firm as a Director. Kamal brings five years of legislative, administrative, and communications experience from Capitol Hill to the growing Ferox team.

With a family background in business development, Patel learned the workings of Washington under Mac Thornberry, the widely respected Chairman of the House Armed Services Committee. During his time on Capitol Hill, Patel ran point on developing initiatives across a plethora of key legislative issues including financial services, telecommunications, transportation and infrastructure, labor, and energy. Prior to his time with Chairman Thornberry, Patel cut his teeth as a Legislative Assistant for Congressman Jodey Arrington (R-TX). A native Texan and second generation Indian American, Kamal’s professional diversity also includes the completion of the Woodrow Wilson Foreign Policy Fellowship Program.
